Firebird will encourage COLLABORATION between all stakeholders, current as well as potential, including the Board of Directors, administration, artists, volunteers and audiences.

Firebird will avoid artistic compromise, by providing all the necessary resources to our Artistic Allies, in order for them to achieve their highest level of artistry.

Firebird will create an inclusive, trusting, and accessible organizational and operational structure.

Firebird will represent and include the Charlotte community at all levels of our organization. We will serve all races, ages, cultures, faiths and socio-economic backgrounds equally.

Firebird will maintain transparency at every level of our organization and in all of our operations.

Firebird intends to earn 75% of its income, and receive only 25% of its income through tax-deductible donations.
